PhilipEVANSPhil Decorator Llandaff North After a long illness bravely borne, Phil passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 26th March. He was a loving partner to Frances, also a loving dad to his sons Lyndon and Rhys and his grandchildren Alex, Chloe, Keira, Cerys, Lauryn and Alex. Much loved brother to Carol, Bob, Tony and Sandra and their families. He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. Resting at the private funeral home of J.Pidgeon & Son, 539 Cowbridge Road East, Victoria Park, Cardiff until the service at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel on Thursday April 6th at 2.45pm.
